*Please note that when you deauthorize a store, our system will send automatic
take-down requests to the specific store(s) and it may take them a couple days
to complete this request on their end.
You can easily cancel distribution of your content for a specific store or even all of the stores completely.
If you want to remove your album from a specific store, simply visit your album's page in your Dashboard at Catapult and click on the "Stores" tab. Then click the orange "Deauthorize" button for whichever store you would like to have it removed from (Alternatively, you can click the green "Authorize" button to have your content delivered to a specific store).
If you want to remove the album from ALL of the stores, click on the red "Deauthorize All Stores" at the bottom of that page. This is will have your specific album removed from all of the music stores that it has been delivered to. Further, deauthorizing all stores will cause all metadata, audio files, and cover art to be removed from our servers. If you decide at a later time that you want to have your content distributed again, you will need to resubmit the album again as a new submission along with a new UPC.
